Reveal Lens IRS · How a call is made
Every point starts with a split-second moment. As the shuttle approaches the line, the margin between IN and OUT can be just a few millimetres.
Reveal Lens IRS uses 12 synchronized high-speed cameras, strategically positioned around the court. Recording at 240 FPS, every frame preserves the shuttle's flight with exceptional clarity.
Using AI with advanced computer vision, the system continuously tracks the shuttlecock throughout its trajectory and accurately identifies the landing point.
The captured data is processed in real time to reconstruct the shuttle's final position. Multiple camera perspectives are combined to deliver a precise and reliable decision within seconds.
The review result is instantly presented to officials, players, spectators, and broadcasters through Reveal Score and Reveal Stream, ensuring fast, transparent, and consistent officiating.
The instant IN/OUT verdict, delivered straight to the umpire’s tablet in real time.
